Success Stories

Recently, one of our mentors, Robin DeMonaco and her mentee, Katelyn Crowther, were invited to Washington D.C. to attend the first National Summit on Mentoring. This meeting was the first of its kind to represent all the various mentoring organizations across the United States.  Several mentors and mentees from all over the country were attending.  Robin and Katelyn were among a small group escorted to sit on the stage while the First Lady, Michele Obama, delivered her speech in the Library of Congress. Katelyn got to hug the First Lady and introduced herself and Robin.
